TAPAS Grand Wind Tasting 2010 “is the most extensive annual tasting of domestically produced Spanish and Portuguese varietal wines in North America. Attendees can sample wines from over 30 participating wineries, including boutique wineries whose product is not readily available in stores, and learn about the many varieties of Iberian grapes from the growers and producers themselves, as well as clear their palate with Chef Marco Rauch’s paella.”
