The 2009 Wine Country Cajun Food & Music Festival is a celebration of Bayou life that will feature music by nationally known Zydeco bands, informal New Orleans-style street parades, Zydeco dancing and New Orleans-inspired food and wines. The family-fun event will also include face painting, palm reading, dance lessons and contests, and roving musicians. There will, of course, be plenty of Cajun cooking to enjoy, wine tasting and fun activities for the kids, and there’s also a crawfish eating contest.
