Uptown Unveiled is a free street fair and fun foodie event on Thursday evening. The fair will feature activities at the Fox Oakland Theater, Oakland School for the Arts, and Oakland Ice Center. Check out the new Fox Square mini-park an the art galleries, restaurants, shops on a weekday night. Go after work or meet-up with the the family and bring them along. Or go with friends and order the drink specials offered by bars and clubs.
Ride over on a bike and get free valet parking at Telegraph Ave and 20th. Or take BART (19th Street Station), Then walk, or catch a pedi-cab or shuttle.
Get there early and go ice skating (or take lessons) at 5:15 to 6:45 p.m.
