Dublin St. Patrick’s Day Festival & Parade
The Dublin St. Patrick’s Day Festival and Parade (March 13 and 14, 2010), at the Dublin Civic Center, has plenty of Irish entertainment planned along with the usual booths, vendors, carnival rides, and festival food. There’s also the annual pancake breakfast and a Shamrock 5k Run and Walk.
“With over 100 craft and commercial vendor booths, an international food court, [3] stages of authentic Irish entertainment, sheep herding, carnival rides and attractions – you really can be Irish for the weekend! Don’t forget to stop by the Irish Tea Cottage (in the Library Program Room) to enjoy a Celtic harpist, storytelling, crafts, knitting and of course, tea!”
WHAT’S THE DEAL: Dublin St. Patrick’s Day Festival is free (with free parking) plus you can download a coupon for 6 free carnival rides. (Reg. 24 tickets for $20, coupon gets you 30 tickets for $20.)
