  1. June Ramirez says:

I thoroughly enjoyed the Concert last night.

I especially enjoyed Jon Nakamatsu’s “Rhapsody in Blue”, just amazing! I’d say that was the highlight for me, but also “The Magnificent Seven” came in a close second.

Actually, the whole show was amazing. Completely enjoyable, the weather cooperated, and there was a huge turnout.

I’m looking forward to the next one.

  2. Ellen says:

This was a FANTASTIC concert. I attended the one on Sunday Aug.23rd where the symphony played the Star Wars and Superman theme songs, and a harmonica expert and the symphony played some amazing Blues and Amazing Grace. There was also the story of Lemony Snicket accompanied by the symphony. The weather was perfect for an outdoors concert. The music lifted my mood. It was great family fun enjoyed by all. Target even gave out free bottled water and harmonicas to the children. It definitely gave me a better impression of the sponsors including Target, KDFC, SJ redevelopment agency, etc…
