Aptos: 4th of July World’s Shortest Parade – Monday, July 4, 2011, 10am, World’s Shortest Parade; Pancake breakfast from 7:30-9:30am in front of the Britannia Arms (fee). Parade 10am-Noonish. Party in the Park 12pm-4pm. Food, vendors, music, and more. Soquel and State Park, Aptos, CA. [FREE]
Cupertino: Fourth of July Children’s Parade & Celebration - Monday July 4, 2011, 7am-11am De Anza Optimist Pancake Breakfast w/fee (Quinlan Community Center’s Cupertino Room); 10am-10:30am Children’s Parade from Memorial Park ball field to the Memorial Park Amphitheater; 10:30am-12pm Concert in the Park by The Peelers. Morgan Hill: 4th of July Parade, Celebration & Fireworks — Monday, July 4, 2011, All Day. Parade at 11am in Downtown Morgan Hill. Pre-Parade Car Cruise & Entertainment 10:45 am (Downtown Morgan Hill & along parade route); Live music and food vendors on the lawns in Community Park starting at 6:30pm; Fireworks after dark. Palo Alto: Summer Festival & Chili Cook-off – Monday, July 4, 2011.12-5pm. Chili tasting starts at 1:30pm. Live music, line dancing, kids’ activities, and food. (Chili tasting starts at 1:30pm). Mitchell Park, 600 East Meadow Drive, Palo Alto, CA.
Santa Clara: All City Picnic — Monday, July 4, 2011. 8am to 5pm. Outdoor pancake breakfast at pancake breakfast for a (8am to 10am), live entertainment, food, music, carnival games, face painting and swimming throughout the day. Flag Dedication Ceremony at 12 noon, followed by the band performances — The Bell Brothers (Country Rock) from 12:30-2pm and Busta-Groove (Dance Party Machine) from 3-5pm.
