[Archived] San Jose Jazz Festival — whether you join the Salsa Flash Mob or go to the festival on multiple days, you’ll have fun saving as much as $5 on admission to this year’s Jazz Festival (August 13 – 15, 2010), or get in free if you volunteer at the event. With more than 1,000 artists performing on 10 stages over 3 days, the San Jose Jazz Festival will draw crowds of more than 100,000.
With admission you also get in free to the Tech Museum and all its galleries. And check out the no-cover-charge club crawl venues. Regular admission is $15 per day (free for children 12 and under) and gives you access to all the stages and events.
DEAL 1: San Jose Jazz Festival Salsa Flash Mob $5 discount. The Salsa Flash Mob* is a 3-minute surprise salsa dance at the Festival’s Main Stage on Saturday, August 14. Show up for a rehearsal on Friday August 13 to run through the choreography before the big Flash Mob on Saturday August 14. Then get your festival wristband for $10 instead of $15.
