San Francisco New Year’s Eve – 5 Under $50
You’ll find plenty of New Year’s Eve events in San Francisco, but not if you want an upscale experience for under $50. Here are five fabulous parties that fit the bill (21 and over only.) Reserve your spot soon before the prices go up.
1. LOT 46 Nightclub & Lounge New Years Eve 2010 Block Party in Union Square

2. The Year of the Dragon at Dragon Bar
WHAT: An Intimate New Years Eve at the Dragon Bar with DJ. Midnight toast and balloon drop. Well open bar, premium appetizers and drinks. Just 200 tickets will be sold. Upscale Dress Code required, suits and dresses (or black tie) only.

WHEN: December 31, 2009 8pm – January 1, 2010, 2am.
HOW MUCH: Single $30; Couple $50; Triple $75.
3. NYE 2K10 – Dusk ’til Dawn at Mist Ultra Club
WHAT: Complimentary Midnight Toast and balloon drop, party favors, laser light shows and fog effects. Includes fruit latter, Bottle of premium alcohol, complimentary bottle of house Champagne. Professional photography available for take-home or free download. Club has 2 Levels, 2 dance floors w/stage, 2 music formats, 2 full bars, indoor smoking lounge. Dress to Impress.

4. Sutra Ultra Lounge NYE 2K10 – Countdown
WHAT: Open Bar tickets give you access to unlimited drinks all night long, 2 rooms, 2 dance floors w/stage, 3 full bars. Chocolate covered strawberries,and a free champagne toast at midnight. 5. Champagne Supernova New Year’s Eve Countdown to 2010 at Terra
WHERE: Terra, 511 Harrison St, San Francisco CA 94105
WHEN: December 31, 2009 9:30pm – January 1, 2010 3am.
HOW MUCH: Under $50. Sorry this one has now gone up to $65, but they may still have 85% off General Admission at $20 each for groups of 5 or more (very limited tickets at this price).
