The 2012 Russian Festival in San Francisco has a tag line that says it all: “Take a trip to Russia without leaving the Bay Area.” The Festival will take place February 10 – 12, 2012. This year’s theme is the 200th Anniversary of Ft. Ross and Russians in California.
