If you’ve always wanted to try out different yoga studios to find the best fit, now you can do it on the cheap in San Francisco and surrounding cities (also Dallas, Philadelphia, and Canada).
Thirty-two Bay Area yoga studios (25 in San Francisco and seven others around the Bay) are participating in the “Passport to Prana” card good for one yoga class at each participating studio. The card costs $30 — that’s less than $1 a session if you go to all 32 Bay Area studios once, or a dollar and change if you only go to the studios in San Francisco.
“Passport to Prana Inc. is an experiment in putting our yoga to work. It was built on the notion that we can do a better job of promoting the practices of yoga when we join together as a like-minded community, than we can through competition. What’s in it for the participating studios? Well, they want to showcase their charming spaces, talented teachers, and unique approach to yoga.”
