The Napa County Fair and Silverado Parade provides four days of family fun over the Fourth of July weekend (June 29, 30, July 1, and July 4, 2012). County Fair entertainment is free with admission (in most cases) and you can get advance $5 fair tickets for Friday. On Saturday, seniors get in free. The fair is also offering a 28% off unlimited ride band.
Along with carnival rides and live entertainment, the festival features a BBQ contest, a Brews & Blues Festival, and a variety of family activities, including a petting zoo and pony rides. The new theme of the Fourth of July Silverado parade is “Something Old, Something New…Forever Red, White & Blue.” This longstanding Calistoga tradition features antique cars, live bands, children’s groups, horses, motorcycles, colorful dancers, and the usual displays of patriotic spirit.

DEAL 1: Napa County Fair $5 Day Friday – General Admission on June 29 is just $5, Kids 12 and under Free)
DEAL 2: Napa County Fair Seniors Day — On Saturday, June 30, 2012, seniors 62 and over get in Free from noon to 4 pm.
DEAL 3: Save 28% and pay $18 in advance for an Unlimited Ride Wristband. Individual Ride tickets are $1 each, $20 for 24, or $35 for 45. Rides require 3-5 coupons each.
DEAL 4: Get free admission when you become a volunteer.
