The Kids ‘n Kites Festival, in Fremont (May 14, 2011) is free to the public, and includes free kites to the first 3,000 children who show up. Live entertainment is planned, with a ventriloquist, a magician, along with festival food and games, interactive booths, and a play area for the kids.
