[Archived] Who doesn’t love complimentary tastings in California Wine Country? The next complimentary tasting at Hop Kiln Winery, in Healdsburg, takes place on May 9, 2010. This one might be worth a drive North for Mother’s Day.
If you can’t make it this weekend, Hop Kiln’s upcoming complimentary tastings sound just as, well, tasty. Although some of their free events are for wine club members only, others are open to anyone with a palate.
Event description: Thousand Flowers for Mom–”Our Hop Kiln Thousand Flowers wine shows aromas and flavors of floral notes to remind Mom just how much you love her. This wine pairs beautifully with local Laura Chenel goat cheese topped with Italian roasted sweet red peppers served on a Healdsburg’s Cousteau bakery baguette.
