The Giants County Fair takes place this week (June 11 – 20, 2010) in San Francisco, and it’s free. The event features fun midway games, the usual fair food, music, and over 20 carnival rides including the Ferris Wheel, Bumper Cars, and Super-Swings. (You can also get discounts on Giants games.)
“The Giants County Fair will be better than ever! Last year over 40,000 people and visited the Fair and this year looks to be even bigger. The Giants County Fair will overlap with six Giants games including the Bay Bridge Series against the A’s and an interleague match-up against the Baltimore Orioles. Many promotional days like San Francisco Zoo Day and NASCAR Day are also planned. The Giants County Fair will also be the location of the AT&T Giant Race Expo and Post Race Tailgate.”
