Sunday, June 28, check out the free indy film shorts during Cinematic Sunday, an occasional event for people who love film. IndeeTv, Making Of, The Auters, and FutureShorts present the international line up of short films listed below. After the screening, the organizers invite you to stick around, talk with a few filmmakers, make new friends, grab a drink at the bar, and listen to Ed Ivey play the blues.

- Little Minx presents Exquisite Corpse – “Come Wander With Me” 2008 – A tale of innocence lost and never regained. Directed by Philip Van.
- Top Girl – A raw, truthful and tender coming of age tale set in Brixton South London. Top Girl captures the intensity of youth and the reality of growing up as a teenage girl in a man’s world. Directed by Rebecca Johnson.
- Lies – Three perfectly true stories about lying. Directed by Jonas Odell.
- Sophie – On their way to a cinema, a pregnant woman asks her husband if he has ever been with a prostitute, and the evening takes an unexpected turn. Directed by Birgitte Stærmose.
- Wrestling – A love story about two gay wrestlers living in rural Iceland who must keep their relationship a secret from the inner world of Iceland’s national and very macho sport. Directed by Grímur Hákonarson.
- Where is my Romeo? We see 16 women’s reaction to seeing ‘Romeo and Juliet’ at the cinema. Directed by Abbas Kiarostami.
- Magic Paris – Alone for a weekend in Paris, Kate meets a charming man, who launches her into an altogether different type of love story. Directed by Alice Winocour.
- Zhanxiou Village. A touching look at a young man’s discovery of the magic of film. Directed by Kaige Chen.
