Foster City Arts & Wine Festival – Free

The annual Foster City Arts & Wine Festival in Leo Ryan Park is free (June 4-5, 2011) and features live entertainment, a talent show, arts and crafts, fun festival food, wine and beer, and walks along the lagoon. In the evenings the event continues with carnival rides.

Not only is the event free, you’ll find free parking at Parkside Towers (1001 East Hillsdale Boulevard, Foster City). Last year the Foster City Chamber of Commerce sold discount carnival ride tickets in advance of the event.
