Aquarium of the Bay Residents Free Days
Some of you SF cheapsters may have taken advantage of Aquarium of the Bay’s recent free days for San Francisco residents (which I told you about here). We have some terrific news: the Aquarium is rolling out a series of free days for residents throughout the Bay Area. The full lineup by Bay Area county is listed below.
“In celebration of its recent transition into a nonprofit nature center, Aquarium of the Bay is hosting a series of free days to Bay Area residents, through the end of February, 2010. As the only Aquarium dedicated to showcasing the diverse aquatic life of the San Francisco Bay and its watershed, residents are encouraged to come out and meet their underwater neighbors.”
To gain free admission, just show proof of residency with a valid driver’s license, ID card, utility bill, or bank statement that includes your name and home address (not a P.O. Box). For more info go to: aquariumofthebay.org.
Don’t live in the Bay Area? You can currently get Half-Price Admission: $7.98 (regular price $15.95).
